2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the website of ClassiCarModels.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offers and Prices

1. All prices listed on the ClassiCarModels website are in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

2. We make every effort to display all information accurately. However, if any errors or inaccuracies occur in prices or descriptions, we reserve the right to correct them.

3. All offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Orders and Payment

1. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

2. Payments can be made securely via iDEAL, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

3. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

1. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible after payment, typically within a few business days.

2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process.

3. ClassiCarModels is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.

7. Warranty

1. We supply products of high quality. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

2. Damage caused by improper or careless use is not covered by warranty.

8. Liability

ClassiCarModels shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the improper use of our products or from incorrect information provided by third parties.
Our total liability is always limited to the value of the order concerned.

We handle your personal data with the utmost care.

10. Governing Law

All agreements and disputes with ClassiCarModels are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably, but may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands if necessary.
